Recreation playing disc

objective 

Throw or throw the disposable plates or flying saucers as far or farther as you can. This activity provides students with understanding from far, near and far. How to make 

If you don't have disposable plates, cut the cardboard in circles like the plate, paint the color you prefer or paste stickers or colored legal paper in different colors. To make the distance line, cut the TNT or E.V.A in line and attach it from one side to the other on the floor. Having chalk you can draw the line on the floor from one side to the other in front of the students and you can start throwing the discs made of cardboard or disposable plates.
